$10.00 per signature for Notarization with Acknowledgement.
$10.00 Jurat

Loan Signing Agent Fees:

$75 - $200 (Depending on loan document requirements).
$35 to print E-documents.

Travel Fees:

Based on current IRS mileage rates.

not a legal representative of either the borrower or the lender and therefore cannot and will not render
any legal advice, nor give any opinion of the loan or its terms during the course of the loan signing.

Identification Required For Notarizations:

Each signer must either present a Valid and Current photo ID such as a US, Mexican or Canadian
license, California, ID card, US Military identification card (retired or dependent) or passport. The ID
must have been issued within the last five years. Non-US passports must have been stamped by the
INS.
