Qualifications: Certified Loan Signing Agent, Notary Public, bonded and
insured, member of the National Notary Association.
Experience: Sue Wickens has more than 13 years of experience as a
Notary Public working for a residential builder. She has handled residential
closing documents for over 2,000 home closings in Contra Costa,
Alameda, Napa, Sonoma and San Joaquin Counties and has processed a
number of loan documents in excess of a million dollars. She is
commissioned by the State of California and is professional and articulate.
Hours: 8am - 8pm five days a week. Usually capable of responding on
short notice.
